Moss Healthcare Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

At Moss Healthcare, we are committed to providing high-quality care and service to our patients. To ensure efficient appointment scheduling and availability, we have established the following policy for rescheduling and cancellations.

I. Notice Requirement

We require a minimum of two business days’ notice for any changes to appointments with our practitioners and dentists. This notice allows us to accommodate other patients who may need our services.

II. Initial Cancellation Grace Period

Your first cancellation with insufficient notice will not be subject to any charges. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to be flexible in such cases.

III. Short-Notice Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee

Any subsequent adjustments made outside the specified two-business-day notice period will incur a short-notice cancellation or rescheduling fee equivalent to the full cost of the treatment.

IV. Compliance and Understanding

We kindly request your understanding and compliance with this policy, as it allows us to serve all our patients effectively and efficiently. By adhering to these guidelines, you help us maintain the highest standards of patient care.

Should you have any questions or require further information about our rescheduling and cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We value your trust and appreciate your partnership in maintaining a positive patient experience at Moss Healthcare.
