Chiropractic Return to Practice

We are pleased to announce we have resumed in-person chiropractic at Moss Healthcare! Dr. Milton is currently seeing patients and Dr. Bidgood will resume in July.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we implement our new protocols. We will be operating with the guidelines outlined by the College of Chiropractors of BC, the BC Center for Disease Control, and WorkSafe BC.

We do not have admin/reception staff at this time so the usual flow at our office will be a little bit different.



  1. We will be operating with fewer hours and much less than our usual capacity for patients at this time, we thank you for your patience with our schedule.
  2. As we do not have reception for chiropractic at present, Dr. Bidgood and Dr. Milton will be working together and assisting each other for the time being. If you have any questions, please email them at:

  1. Please cancel and reschedule your appointment if you do not feel well – there will be no cancellation fees charged.
  2. You will be emailed a “pre-screening survey” 24 hours before your appointment to assess for risk factors. If you do not have a chance to fill it out, you will be asked verbally upon arrival.
  3. Please attend your appointment alone whenever possible, to reduce the number of people in the health centre.



  1. The waiting room has been closed. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your adjustment time and wait outside the front door (please wait 2m apart from any other patients). If you are earlier or the weather is bad, please wait in your car.
  2. We ask that you use the “self-check-in” option in JaneApp on your phone when you arrive:
    Alternatively, there is a QR code to scan with your phone at the entrance. If you have not checked in by your appointment time, we will phone you or check outside. When it is clear you have arrived, one of our chiropractors will unlock the front door to greet you and escort you to the prepared adjustment room where hand sanitizer will be available.



  1. The chiropractor’s chair and the patient’s chair are spaced by 2 meters.
  2. Your chiropractor is performing hand hygiene between each patient, and at many times throughout the day. We have added HEPA air purifiers in the adjusting rooms. Your chiropractor may be wearing a mask based on current guidelines, point of care assessment, and questions we ask you upon your arrival at the clinic. You are asked to wear a mask to your appointment. We will not be providing masks.
  3. With respect to cleaning and sanitization, the “new normal” isn’t actually all that different than the “old normal”: The treatment table and adjusting equipment will be cleaned and sanitized between each patient; and commonly touched surfaces will be sanitized every hour, or more.



  1. For chiropractic, we are not offering direct billing of your insurance plans at this time, with the exception of ICBC, WSBC, and MSP.
    We are implementing “Contactless Payment”. Before your appointment, please enter your credit card details in JaneApp where it will be safely stored in the encrypted software. If you don’t get a chance to do this, we will collect this information at your appointment. We will bill you through the JaneApp software at each visit and you will be emailed the receipt you need for your insurance plan. If you do not have a credit card and are using debit, we can arrange e-transfer.
  2. We will process payment and book your subsequent adjustments in the treatment room.


We have missed you! We really appreciate your understanding as we all get used to our new “normal”. We know that these are changes to get used to but we are confident in our protocols and most importantly, we are looking forward to helping you improve your health and get back on track!
